We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, even if you simply don’t like it.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@tryalur.com. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. You’ll also receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
